"The room was nice, the price was steep and I only paid that amount because at the time of payment the site said it was going to get upgraded, upon arrival the front desk didn’t upgrade the room. They lied and said someone checked out late instead of telling the truth, which was they didn’t want to upgrade me because they sold the room at a higher price. I don’t like to be lied to so I will never use this site or a Westin hotel again."

"Staff is friendly and helpful upon check in and even have umbrellas for rent if needed for the random storms. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay.
