"This place offered the best budget-quality ratio. We stayed for a basketball tournament and the staff could not help the kids running up and down the hallways and banging on doors but tried their very best to keep the chaos under control.
Ms. Diane at check-in is so sweet and pleasant. I had issues with the virtual check-in and her customer service was excellent. For additional room items like extra towels or toilet paper, you text their number and we got our items right away.
The quality of the room itself was OK. Better than a motel and nice renovations were done to help the aesthetic but little things like peeling wallpaper in the bathroom or chipped bumpers for wall corners.
There was a mini fridge in our room but no coffee maker. There is a coffee station downstairs and a market/min store but the breakfast restaurant was closed.
Security stays on the grounds, especially at night, and they offer happy hour at the bar.
Overall may think twice about staying here again if there’s another basketball tournament but wouldn’t mind staying here when in town for other reasons. "
