"The airport shuttle is the best part of this hotel. The staff was friendly enough and the lobby area was clean and updated but the room was not. The bathroom needed attention and the refrigerator was smaller than any I have seen in a hotel.
There is no restaurant to order from. The person in the bar/lounge said it was too hot to cook and the food is not very good. Plan to order out or bring something with you. Would only stay again if I needed the airport shuttle!"

"You will never stay at a resort where you are treated as well as I was treated at the Guest House of Graceland. I felt like my experience there was the most important thing to them and they made me so happy.
I have never felt that way about anywhere I have stayed and I have been all over this country in all upscale resorts.
They take their responsibility very seriously and you will never regret staying there. TCB is the creed following in Elvis' footsteps in every detail."

"The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again."

"I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"The room was great. I had a dog with me and was double charged for the incidental fee. I was reassured that it would be back in my account in 2-4 hours. It was not. I called to ask about it and the woman that answered was really rude. I was told to call my bank so I did and they didn't have any record of a refund. I called the hotel back and was told the manager would call. They never did, I understand mistakes happen but it was handled extremely poorly on their end. $100 is already a steep...

"Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful."

"The on site breakfast counter in the lobby had only a few choices, most of which were not for breakfast (chocolate chip cookies & pound cake). The coffee cake was okay but tasted very stale. Also we stayed 2 nights and each day was the same selection, no variety whatsoever. Definitely need to improve this amenity.
