"We stayed in the Pavilion Du Parc..This was supposed to be an upgrade but we had no view unlike in the Chateau which we had always stayed in previously so we were disappointed.
There was a mixup over a dinner booking which caused some embarrassment and no apologies or understanding by the staff
Also the renewal of supplies was very limited. No tea bags only fruit teas. What do the English drink!! Tea!!!
Also no milk for tea just for coffee.
Everything else was fine though the dinner menu was limited and the same each day"
"Right at heart of St Omer, next to bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming. As explained in details, there is a limit to available parking so try to arrive early! Second visit to this modestly-priced and honest hotel, and we now intend to use this as our regular first-stop hotel in France … which is a decent recommendation, n’est-ce pas?!"
