"Check in was very slow as not many desks. The room was lovely, the bar was very nice and had a big screen and seating area to watch World Cup games. The room had air con which was lifesaver in the heat. The location was amazing, right by the DDR museum, museum island, close to train/underground stations, shops, cafes and bars. Small warning- the still water at the bar restaurant is 9€!!"

"The hotel is in a good location for visiting many tourist locations as well as shopping. Many places are within walking distance and if you want to go somewhere a bit farther, the hotel is close to a U-Bahn station. The breakfast was one of the best parts of the hotel due to the large selection of options. The room was spacious enough for my husband and I but the air conditioning was weak making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. And, due to the extreme hot temperatures, we were unable to open the windows for a cool breeze at night."

The room was perfect for what we needed and the laundry was an extra we really appreciated and didn’t know we needed! The location is great for access to public transport, tourist sites and necessities (grocery and pharmacy), but not on a Main Street and very peaceful."

"If you want to be super close to the train station, this is the hotel for you! I liked our room, though should have pointed out I wanted a city view not the train tracks! And I really like to have a fridge in the room, so no fridge was a surprise anda bit if a bummer. Other than that it was great, and if I’m traveling by train I’d stay again."
