"They have lots of parking and a shuttle service. The staff is pretty good and they try to keep the place clean. This is our third stay there and each time there are facility issues. The restaurant and pool have been closed off for years. This time one elevator was down and both rooms we had were without a working hair dryer. Missing window screens, safes that no longer function, and dripping faucets have become normal here. The fish freezers still work which is one of the reasons we stayed here...

"This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too."
