"The staff was very helpful. We had to change rooms twice due to poorly maintained room conditions. First room's A/C was broken and room was 82 degrees Fahrenheit and windows dont open. Second room had a water leak in the light fixtures in the bathroom! Hotel looked new but clearly has maintenance issues."

"The hotel was recently renovated and is brand new. My room was huge, the bathroom was also large, with heated floors, as well as a beautiful hot tub in the room. We ordered breakfast in the room and it was good too. My experience was great!!"

It is a buffet breakfast with everything you could think of to eat. The menu had changes on it daily. It is a short walk from all major tourist attractions. Would definately stay again if visiting Izmir."

"Renovation, Renovation! I he rooms were in terrible condition, old dirty carpets and wall paper, old showers. Food is great, but the place was understaffed, we had to wait for clean tables at every meal. Beach is beautiful, but the hotel needs major renovation, and more staff. "
