"We checked in late to our room, and discovered the sheets were never changed. There was food and sand in the bed. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and just wanted to lay down, so we cleaned everything and went to bed. Slept for about 2 hours and kept waking up grossed out by the entire situation. I messaged the property, and the reply was “apologies, we will review procedures with housekeeping”. Nothing about a comp or even a discount. Terrible Customer Service response."

"This was a nice place to stay, and given the current economy they do pretty well, the sheets are clean and crisp, the TV worked, and their Continental breakfast actually included hot scrambled eggs and sausages and a mini pancake maker!
