The people working behind the desk were incredibly nice. Our Spanish wasn’t perfect but they were kind and patient with us which we really appreciated because we were checking-in in the middle of the night. Would go back.

Ubicación excelente

Todo bien, creo que es un poco caro para lo que es. Son departamentos en pleno centro antiguo de Mendoza, desayuno convencional, bien atendido.

no me gusto el estacionamiento, solo para autos pequeños, tuvimos que pagar estacionamiento en otro lugar. La habitación inicial tenia olor a gas y no daban solución, después de un rato nos cambiaron a otra habitación. el recepcionista de nombre German, atendia con mucho desden no le importaba la situacion

Good 3-star apart hotel. Apartamento was big and confortable. The only negative aspect was that the shower did not work well. The first morning I tried to take take a shower the hot water was not working. The second day I had to take the shower in the evening, it seems that there is not enough hot water for all guests. Breakfast is ok, it could have been some eggs.

Alojamiento en suite familiar

Muy hermoso y acogedor. Muy cerca del centro por lo que nuestro auto estuvo siempre en la cochera (dentro del hotel, muy seguro), podiamos ir a pie a cualquier lado. Depto. Amplio y comodo. Alojamos en un departamento de dos dormitorios muy grandes, con cocina. Las camas muy comodas y la ducha excelente, buena presion de agua y regulable a la temperatura ideal. El desayuno exquisito y abundante. El unico detalle es que las cortinas y rieles de las mismas me parecieron viejas. Las puertas de los muebles de la cocina eran de madera y estaban algo gastados(peladuras). Bajo las camas habia polvo. El tapiz de las sillas del comedor tambien gastadas o viejas. Lo demas todo perfecto. El personal muy amable y servicial.

En general es excelente, muy buen servicio y las condicionee del lugar también. La cochera un poco angosta para las maniobras. Lo único negativo para mencionarves que las ventanas no poseen rejas o algún elemento de contención para el caso de que un niño se asome, a mi criterio lo considero inseguro.

Está ubicado en un buen lugar. Cerca de todo. El parking en ocasiones está completo pero hay parking a una cuadra y media fuera del hotel. En Mendoza hace más de 3 meses que no llueve así que por el clima no hay problema en estacionarse fuera del establecimiento.

Mendoza visit

Hotel is quite old and overdue for renovation. Staff is friendly and helpful with one’s request fir assistance. Location is convenient as it is located in downtown Mendoza, however is not a nice location. If meant for a quick business trip, it is a modest option. For tourists looking for a long time memory, I would not recommend.

Tuvimos problemas con una de las camas, ya que se había reservado 4 camas y sólo se disponía de 3. La disposición del Hotel para dar solución no fue la optima, no obstante, agregaron una cuarta cama. La piscina no estaba en funcionamiento. La señal wifi no es suficiente para navegar. La ubicación bien y el desayuno también.

Great value for the price - dated but v pleasant

Great place at a good price. The rooftop pool is small and slightly old as others have said, but a really lovely area to subathe, swim or have lunch, and there were always deckchairs available. Wear suncream - the sun is very strong here! Shame that the terrace closes at 8pm as you have no outdoor space to sit with a drink in the evenings, but for this price not a deal-breaker. The apartments themselves are quite dated in terms of fittings (e.g., the air con made loud banging noises from time to time which added to the noise from the street, but was not a problem with earplugs). The apartments are extremely clean and rather large - we really enjoyed having a basic cooking and dining area with microwave and full-size fridge. Breakfast is fairly basic but a good continental spread. As others have reported, the gym is not much to speak of (a couple of basic and very old cardio machines only), so don't stay here if that's a priority for you. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, as were the cleaners. Particularly the man on reception whose name we unfortunately can't remember was really lovely. The area does not seem super safe at night if you are used to hotels in the US etc., but is fine, a short walk to the main square which is great, and good for shopping. Overall this was a really enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay here again.
