This hotel was wonderful. Is in very good shape, very diverse. It has restaurants, coffee shop, gym, pool and more services. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows were in good shape. The bathroom was in excellent conditions, pretty nice towels and hot water. Closet space was fair. The internet was ok. The hotel was very close to other restaurants, parks and coffee shops.

This is a very basic hotel. Breakfast is terrible and rooms are outdated and pretty basic. The reception is slow and cumbersome. The best about this hotel is its location.

I like the location, its service, very friendly. I didn't like the location of the lobby, the ticket desk is located on the second floor, it is not signposted, the elevators do not always work correctly, you get lost until you know the place.

The location is absolutely great. Unfortunately the mattress was absolutely horrendous. I think that a good mattress and a good pillow are a must at any hotel. This one had neither. Everything else was great but sleeping was torture.

The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. One of the best attributes of this hotel is the location, near downtown and the Aristides area filled with nice bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a nice breakfast. However, this hotel looks quite outdated. The rooms are old: windows do not open, bathrooms are old, etc. The elevator doors get stuck (do not open) on the first floor. The first time, I got stuck and thought I had to hit the alarm button until I pushed the button for another floor and was able to get off the elevator. I informed staff about it; however, after 48 hours, the problem continued. Again, the location is the best attribute of this hotel.
