"I liked the convenience of the property. Easy access to all areas in Bellagio. The apartment was clean and roomie. Loved the balconies. The only thing disappointing was no room service with clean towels everyday, and the property grasses were quite overgrown. But even with that, I would recommend the property since it was so convenient, and a nice quiet area."

"Diese ist keine echte Hotel, sondern einen Altes Residenz....!! Mit frrie Zimmer oder Apartment. Zimmer und Bett sehr muffig und gestunken nach alte Möbel oder Menschen ...!!! Keine richtige Restaurant, und überall sind Hotelgäste mit Alte Bewohner von Heim unterwegs. Beim Frühstück, im Gang, im Lift und Park...und so beide seite fühlen sich gestört von einander..!!! "The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage. Je nachdem wer an der Reception arbeitete,wurde bei Problemen schnell oder gar nicht geholfen. Schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation,aber notfalls muss man einige Meter mehr laufen.Das Appartement enthält alles,was man braucht, allerdings wäre mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig,aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Super der Privatstrand und das gastronomische Angebot im Ort."

We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive.
