L'hotel è ancora in costruzione e non sarà agibile prima di maggio 2024. Siamo rimasti a dormire una notte in macchina con una bimba di 3 anni. Valuterò la possibilità di una denuncia.

El hotel no ti ene nada que ver con las fotos de la página de ustedes esta viejo y dejado ,el personal nono era profesional , no funcionaban ni el jacuzzi ni las saunas ni el aire acondicionado estaba lleno de bichos las habitaciones

When we arrived check in was swift, and easy. We was shown to our room and where the restaurant was for breakfast the next day. We got into our room, settled in then decide to freshen up before dinner, when I entered the shower I immediately had a problem as the shower wasn't attached to the wall but was laying across the taps. I went and mentioned this to reception, who suggest either use the shower like this or they would let us use the shower in another room. We took the option to use another room as we was both in need even though it was in a used uncleaned room. The waitor we had was brilliant, he made our dinner something different, always had us laughing and kept have joking, We got into bed, and was met by the noise of the local church bells, that went off every 20 to 30 minutes untill at least 10pm. We was woke early the next morning at 7am by the clearly dawn chorus of bells. Which continued for about 15 minutes and then continued the pattern of every 20 to 30 minutes. The air con in the room didn't work, it heated the room as opposed to cooling it. Out of the twin beds we had, one was broken, and has made my partners back hurt quite badly for 3 days after.

Lo encontré un poco viejo todo. Estaban de obras de reacondicionamiento, y muy temprano empezaron a hacer ruido, y ya se hizo imposible descansar.

This hotel did not resonate wellness and harmony. It’s more a sport complex for tennis and badminton. Some of the spa facilities were not operational and it cost 11euro extra. Our room smelled. There wad extensive water damage in the bathroom ceiling and presence of molds. Also mold in the shower. I had allergic reactions and difficulty breathing. Overall poorly maintained.

L'hotel generalmente non è male ma ha bisogno di maggiore manutenzione sia nella parte dove si alloggia sia nella Spa proposta nel pacchetto( idromassaggio guasto seconda sauna guasta bagno turco con odore poco gradevole )

Good value option near Ljubljana- or for sports.
Good value place to stay. It's a sports complex that also has hotel rooms and a conference room etc. Room was comfortable, if a little noisy. The steam room and jacuzzi were ok and included in the price (one session), other facilities you need to pay for I think. We drove into Ljubljana in the eve which was enjoyable and not too far. Breakfast pretty good.

fint og rent men lidt klaustrofobisk værelse
Hotellet var i fin stand, og personalet var meget hjælpsomme og søde. men det værelse vi havde fået havde kun en ind og udgang, dog var der et vindue højt oppe i loftet, men vi blev lidt bekymret hvis der skulle blive brænd, så var der kun en udgang. men ellers fint hotel.

Clean and Calm Hotel
Hotel is tidy, clean, very calm, for those who don´t want to be in the middle of the city. There is a nice area for sports, although I didn´t have time to use it. Breakfast was enough but could have more variety, there were no fruits, no eggs, coffee had to be ordered in the balcony, and there was only one person attending. Staff is ok, but could be more friendly. I missed also a small fridge.

Hotel situato a circa 15 km da Lubiana ( 20 minuti d auto) ma facile da raggiungere. Camera pulita ma sicuramente bisognosa di un rinnovamento. Spa decisamente buona. Prezzo buono in rapporto all offerta...ma sicuramente nn adatto a chi cerca location in centro o di alto livello..se dovessi ricapitare in zona ci tornerei, sperando che abbiano fatto un po di manutenzione alle camere..

Bella camera su 2 livelli con al piano terra bagno e letto singolo e divano e camera matrimoniale collegata da scala con un bel TV schermo piatto 42". Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa xchè viaggiavamo con ns. figlio. Colazione discreta. Peccato per alcune chiazze di umidità in bagno e nella camera matrimoniale sottotetto. Nessun omaggio di benvenuto, a dispetto di quanto descritto nell'offerta: il personale non ne sapeva nulla.

Hotel in un paese tranquillo, a 5 minuti da Lubiana. Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno pulito e comodo. Colazione scarsa, il personale parla solo inglese comunque abbastanza disponibile. La spa bella, ma jacuzzi con l'acqua fredda e accesso solo senza costume. Ci siamo rimasti solo pochi minuti, non fa per noi.

Friendly staff (check in, breakfast)! Great burgers on the terrace! Room: No real window (strangely), there was an attic window to see the... sky! Problem with electricity/ lamps/ light: For some reason there was a problem with almost all the lamps in the room.

Billigt men du får hvad du betaler for
Hotel lidt mærkeligt indrettet. Fik værelse med kun luft vindue. Services var lidt blandet. I receptionen var det godt! I restauranten var de ikke så service minded og vi endte med at finde et andet sted st spise.

Fantastic spa
Primarily a sports complex with an excellent spa, staffed by enthusiastic and friendly 20-somethings. Generous breakfast of eggs- cooked to order any way you like- cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk. Only twelve hotel rooms attached. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds. The day we checked in (late May) the air conditioning wasn't working. Rooms were uncomfortably hot. The management provided us with an electric fan which cooled the rooms down, with the windows open. They also gave us 20% off the stated rate, and free gelato.

O quarto era ok. Nao gostamos do geral pois o chuveiro estava quebrado, loxeira quebrada, o cafe da manha era bem simples e a cortina era bem velha e pouco funcional. Destaque positivo para os atendentes do restaurante, que sao otimos!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, zwar war der Spielplatz direkt vorm Zimmer nicht optimal, aber bei geschlossenem Zimmer war so gut wie nichts zu hören. Ebenso die Kirche die 100m Luftlinie entfernt war. Zimmer war gut. Duschen war ein vergnügen. Essen hervorragend. Komme sehr gern wieder und dann werde ich auch hoffentlich die ein oder andere Anwendung genießen können.

We found the staff especially nice and welcoming, and this was ALL the staff. The room was fun having beds upstairs and the room was cozy and warm in the winter. It was located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Greit opphold da jeg er på europatur med sykkel og ville ha en natt med hotell istedenfor camping. Et stykke fra byen da og de har ikke noe annet enn en enkel pizza på menyen. Helt greit for en natt.
