"Location was good, the hotel was nice and clean. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that parking was $40/day and shuttle only goes to the airport and not downtown Burlingame."

"My room was spare and cold. The heating system never warmed things up. Moreover, the soundproofing did not sufficiently dampen the sound of jets taking off. So, my sleep was intermittent.
The “modern” aspect of the hotel actually made it feel uninviting to me. But I must admit that all this is perhaps a matter of taste."
