"Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island. En cuanto a la recepción, da gusto tratar con ciertos recepcionistas, pero otros estarían mejor en otro trabajo, ya que parece que les debes algo. "Hotel Riviera is a beautiful boutique hotel! My mom and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, helped with bookings for a taxi, and provided dinner recommendations. It was a short walk to the water and the main town area making the hotel conveniently located. Also the food on site was very good."
