"We had an issue when getting into our room. The front desk handled it immediately and even gave us free breakfast the next morning. All staff was very friendly! We went to dinner that night and the staff again was very friendly but the food was NOT good. We ordered a "smash" burger... it was just a regular and very clearly frozen patty. No seasoning. It was missing the onions too. No flavor and impossible to eat. Everything else was just okay. Nothing to rave about. The next morning we went down for our complimentary breakfast. It was not good. Bacon tasted like it was cooked last week, ham was dry. Eggs were flavorless. I could not imagine paying $15 per person for that breakfast. We have had complimentary breakfast at other hotels that were way better. Everything at this hotel was great except the food. It was such a let down honestly "
