It wouldn’t turn off one evening and was noisy. Whebn I raised this matter, it was turned off for the duration of our stay which was fine. We had a great stay!"

"Everything about this hotel is as advertised. The staff are very helpful and spoke English very well. They provided good restaurant reservations and enabled early check-in for a fee. We had booked an extra night after our original reservation and had to change rooms which was fine. When the day came they moved our (packed) luggage for us while we were out.
