"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property was clean and well-maintained. Our family also liked the breakfast and the variety of food it offered. The only negative issue was the unfriendly, rude female counter employee who coldly talked over me upon my arrival and only said, "ID please!"as I said, "Hello, the last name is (my last name), first name (my first name). She showed no friendliness at all and acted annoyed. Her male colleague then took over our check-in and he was the complete opposite of the female. He was friendly, courteous and welcoming, and his professionalism stood in stark contrast to the female employee."
