"There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. "

"The location of the hotel was perfect. The view of the castle from our room was breathtaking. The hotel was the staff could not have been nicer. We had breakfast (buffet) - it was delish.
I would recommend upgrading to a room with a castle view - it is 100% worth it. Looking forward to going back to Scotland - will absolutely stay at this location again."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor:
1- The shower is unclean at least in our room.
2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed?
3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on.
4- The WiFi is slow."

ハネムーンで利用しましたが、広々としたツインルームは快適で、アメニティも充実していました。シャワーとバスタブが分かれているのも使いやすかったです。
朝食は種類が豊富で、温かい料理からパン、フルーツまでどれも美味しく、大満足でした。
ロビーにはゆったり過ごせるソファがあり、無料の紅茶をいただきながらくつろげたのも嬉しいポイントです。
立地・設備・サービスのバランスが非常に良く、エディンバラを訪れる際にはぜひまた利用したいホテルです。"

"Decent place to stay, on a convenient bus route. Building is older and has some issues. Very echoey, and the doors slammed shut, so loud. Our window was screwed open so we couldn't close it and bathroom handle was euchered, but the price was right, the staff were friendly and the breakfast, paid extra not included, was pretty good. Manager spoke with each person in the breakfast room, which was a lovely touch. For the price, it was a good place and I would stay there again."
