The blinds in the room were outdated and hard to operate. Being one door away from the pool, we had kids and other guests slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. Up until 10 when the pool closed. Being the doors and walls must have been paper thin, we heard everything. Oh, the best part was the train on the other side of the river that sounds like its in your bedroom once every hour. (They don't mention) Finally fell asleep after a long day on the rd. Getting up early to continue traveling was a bit difficult. When we woke up, we discovered that the fridge didn't work. The medication for the next day had to be taken early. Needless to say not a place to stay if you want to sleep."

"The property is quite lovely and seems it would be relaxing, however sleep was not to be had due to the continuous trains passing by all night with their whistle blaring as they passed. Not much sleep, but enjoyed the property otherwise. "

"The girl at the front counter was unfriendly. She tossed the paper at me and made me feel uncomfortable when I was checking in because I had a chime card. She proceeded to toss the paper onto the counter without saying a word. The vibe was just very weird and if she can’t handle being friendly then she needs to find another job. It was Friday night May 1st. She needs to be talked to about how to treat guests"

"The room was okay, good space with fridge and microwave we had ice machine in the same floor, pool was great the kids had fun, staff don’t bother the clients, were friendly and helpful, I wish breakfast was included but the buffet prices was good, it was a good stay for the price."
