"The hotel was EXCELLENT, every detail from the attention to the cleaning the experience was amazing. Shoutout to everyone in the front desk because they do an amazing job and every goes above and beyond. I will definitely come back. My only constructive feedback is that I would like the pillows to be better, and the coffee to be from an espresso machine instead of the automatic machine. I would definitely stay here again regardless "

"The staff here was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the resort. The rooms are small so many guests enjoy hanging out in the lounge area where there is a TV, games for kids, and food/beverage service. I would stay here again."

"Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Portetta. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and easily sort out anything you need (from airport transfers to guides). There is a lovely spa and not just a ski room, but a ski shop (where you can rent equipment, etc.). Hotel Portetta is ski-in-ski-out, a few strides from the Courchevel Moriond gondola. The restaurant and bar are cozy and welcoming and the food is lovely. ...

"Very close to all action! Restaurants, lounges/bars, ski slopes. Even though it’s not considered ski in/out, the lifts are just across the street. Ski shop is available at hotel with descent equipment rentals. Spa with tiny dry and wet saunas, and a pool. Breakfast included in room price is a la cart (anything you can wish for, the chef will cook for you). Overall will gladly return here!"
