"Excelente hotel perfecta ubicación. Personal muy amable. Tuvimos la mala experiencia de la recepcionista que nos hizo el check in que le mencionamos el asenso de categoría con vip access. Dijo que eso no existía. Al mostrarle dijo que es culpa de expedía por no cambiarlo pero que ellos no dan asensos de categoría."

"Wonderful staff and a fantastic pool. The location is amazing with view over the jungle with Mayan ruins visible in the distance. The food is great home cooked and good for the kids too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The front of the hotel needs a lick of paint but when you consider all of the other great things about this hotel it gets top marks from us.
