Venezuela

This is a beautiful place in my home country, Venezuela. This day was very special for me and this photo reflects that. Everytime I see it I get homesick. Venezuela's nature is marvelous. #Reflections

Although the Teleferico isn't up and running (yet--maybe by October) it was beautiful to look at the Andes mountains!
#TroveOn - This famous replica of the stone chapel dedicated to the Virgen of Coromoto is along the beautiful drive further into the mountains from Merida, Venezuela in San Rafael de Mucuchíes. The chapel was originally put together by hand using local stone and without cement. It is a work of art in itself, and a restful place to sit and relax. The view of the Andes Mts from the rooftop terrace of the little inn I stayed at, run by a German expat.
