"Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. I think her name was Laurie or Lauren. The room was clean, the bed was a little firm but the pillows made up for that. Waffles were good."

"Room Air Conditioning was horrible. Set at 69* woke up to 76* tried to reset after first night, but never really work as set.
The rest was great. Drew @ the counter was very professional and courteous.

"There is no maid service at all. Stayed for 3 nights and had to call using my cell phone to call the main number because nobody answered the hotel desk phone in order to request towels and acted as if we were putting them out. Only a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel which was used first day and was not replaced because no maid service. Reserved a pool cabana and there was no drink service and they never even opened the cabana or pool bar. Had to call to inform the hotel desk and...

"Property is very clean! Manager Dev isn’t management material. No water pressure in my shower, he actually bought the showerhead to replace it, but wasn’t replaced. Tried moving me to a room with a see through blind. It took Eva or Ava head of housekeeping to get me in the proper room. No ice machine!
