"Restuarant and property are beautiful"

"Rooms are recently renovated and quite nice, decorated in a collegiate theme. Ours had a small mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with Wolfgang Puck coffee. Couch was firm but comfortable. Girl checking us in was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Only downside is that the property is going through a renovation in the lobby, and construction started around 9 a.m. on a Sunday. Overall a good experience and seems the rate was brought down due to the renovation."

"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...
