"Great place to stay, except for the parking was 45.00 a day on top of cost of stay. Luckily there is a parking garage within walking distance. I paid 60.00 for 4 days versus 180.00. "

"Just what I was looking for, a moderately priced room only three miles from the Groton Hill Music Center. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini-fridge. After checking out and driving over 100 miles, I discovered that I had left an expensive item behind. Called and spoke to the owners. They said 'not to worry' we will mail out the item and you should receive it in several days. Thanks for going above and beyond."

"Parking was easy, love the covered stairs. Top floor rooms definitely worth it as you have a nice porch, shared, but nice to sit out on. Not a bad price, doesn't offer anything other than a place to sleep but not bad rate in off season. They need to up the Ice availability and their morning snacks however. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. "
