"I have stayed at this property 3 times in the last couple of weeks and every stay has been perfect. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. The position of the hotel is perfect lovely views across the beaches. Breakfast amazing even on my last stay I needed to be away early so the chef made me a sandwich to go and a Coffee in my takeaway cup. I haven't had chance to sample the food in the evening yet, but on my next return to Great Yarmouth I will."

"All pipe work blocked water blocks in every drain and toilet takes ages flush away, the shower has 1 setting boiling very dangerous temp also its imagration housing i wouod say familys of 6 in a 1 bed apartment stay away from booking here "

"The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, though in need of a few bits of maintenance (loo roll hooder rusty and broken, water in the sink due to the plug not staying out, loose socket by the bed). The bedding was clean and there were a good selection of pillows with different hardness. The mattress was a little thin but ok. The room got cold in the evening but there was an electric radiator in the cupboard. The front was within a few minutes walk so convenient. I didn’t have breakfast. I went down 3 times in the timeslot on the web page but no one was around and there were no perishable items out to show there was a breakfast so i gave up and didn’t bother. Reasonably cheap and met my needs for one night. Nice hosts but needs some repairs."

"First room they sent us to hadn’t been made up and stunk. No service throughout 4 night stay. No bar. No restaurant. Lift needs attention. No accessibility. Decor old and tatty. This was our second stay and gone downhill. Won’t be staying again. Expensive for facilities you got. Plus side, our one encounter with staff was pleasant and helpful. "
