"They tried to charge me again for the what I booked on Expedia . I showed them my credit card statement and confirmation email of booking . Bar was closed or they said it was full . I checked in decently late like 6pm ish was unable to use any amenities, wish I stayed somewhere else. "

It would be nice if the front desk is aware of the SPA rules to inform the guests when they check in instead of one gets surprised by rules which require additional purchase. In addition, to the SPA staff are selective to who they want to enforce the rules to & who to ignore."
