I had a great stay at The Novel Hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. 어매니티 빼고는 모두 마음에 들었어요. 방도 깔끔하고 화장실도 괜찮았어요. 매트리스 진짜 너무 좋아서 아주 잘잤어요! 조식도 맛있어요! 종류도 많고 오믈렛도 해주십니다. 직원들이 영어를 잘하는 편은 아닌데 친절하세요. 5박 내내 좋은 시간 보냈습니다!

What I really liked in Nobel Hotel is its location in the city center where you are surrounded with all good Turkish delights restaurants and activities, however still the location is a bit far away from the Marina area which is the most beautiful and amusing area in Mersin (in my opinion!). The staff are really friendly, positive and helpful and you will happily tip them.. The Hotel and the rooms are clean but not spacious and have no sea view is a disadvantage. The hotel has a good parking space with free vale parking service. The breakfast is varied and delicious 😋 I give this hotel 3 out of 5

Akşam sıcak su yoktu. Oda resimdekilerden oldukça küçüktü. Banyo ise daha da dardı. Lavabonun konumu klozete oturmak için engel oluyordu. Tek iyi yanı kahvaltıydı.

Останавливались с подругой на три дня, отель очень понравился, чистота идеальная,постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, персонал отеля очень приветливый и вежливый. Завтраки шикарные. Отель расположен на центральной улице, поблизости кафе, рестораны, магазины, порт Мерсина. Хорошая транспортная развязка.

Banyoda sıcak su problemi yaşadık. Odada ki puflardan birinin ayağı kırıktı. Cadde tarafında olmayan bir oda talep etmemize rağmen dikkate alınmadı. Konumu ulaşım açısından iyi, kahvaltısı gayet güzel fakat genel olarak 4 yıldız kalitesinde sayılmaz.

The Hotel Location is very nice ... in place call shargee which is mean public central market near of every thing and walking 5 m to train station if you which to go to Adana city. But... my concern about the hotel rooms .. it is need renovation & not clean much maybe because of overuse ... please try to update the room furniture. internet & breakfast is excellent. i will recommend this hotel for my friends & family on future if they update & clean their rooms.

Bra hotel, rekommenderar den starkt!

Rekommenderas varmt. Kommer definitivt boka Nobel hotel nästa gång jag besöker Mersin igen! Jätte nöjd med det mesta. Bra rum, frokust, närhet till allting och service. Vissa sängkläder var lite smutsiga.

Fancy hotel, noisy location

While Nobel Hotel itself was beautiful and modern with a delicious breakfast and helpful staff, it couldn't change the fact that the hotel is on a busy street. The street noise continued through the night and made it hard to sleep. I also did not like the see-though bathroom doors, which we managed to work around as a family, but would have been very awkward for friends or business colleagues sharing a room.

Muhteşem kahvaltı

Muhteşem konum ve yine muhteşem kahvaltısıyla aklımda yer etti artık :) Biraz daha dekoratif detaylara ilave yapılsa ya da düzeltilse 1 yıldızı daha hakedecek düzeyde... Banyo biraz eski görünüyordu onun disinda hersey gayet guzeldi. Konum son derece guzel kisa turuyusler ile nerdeyse heryere ulasim mumkun... Personel son derece ilgili ve guler yuzlu... Kisacasi ultraluks beklentisi olmayan herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim...

Oda fena degildi. Sanirim sehir merkezinde oldugu icin cok gurultuluydu. Sabah erkenden hayat basliyor ve bagirismalardan rahat uyuyamiyorsunuz. Klima direk yataga vurdugu icin cok rahasiz oldum. Hava sicak ve klimada soguk aciyorsunuz ama direk ustunuze vurdugu icin rahasiz ediyor. Oyuzden gece uyurken kapattim ve terledim. Tuvaletin cam kapisi var. Bu yuzden herhangi bi kilitlenme ya da kapanma gibi bi durum soz konusu olmuyor. Olaki tuvaletten bi koku gelse komple odayi da saracak kapi kapanmadigi icin. Kahvalti menusu baya bi genis, temiz ve ozenli dizilmisti. Beklemiyordum, cok sasirdim. Ben olumsuz gordugum seyleri yazdim. Bunlar disinda kalinmayacak kadar kotu bi otel degil. Sadece 4 yildizli bi otel ama 3 yildizli otel hizmeti sunuyor. Fiyat/fayda dengesi biraz dusuk kaliyor. Iyi tatiller.
