"I was greeted and given a glass of water whilst waiting - as I had walked from the train station with a suitcase. I was then shown up to my room and the host explained clearly about how to use the key/key fob and what time I would need to use the key for the front door when they close it at night. You get exactly what you pay for however, the room's could really do with a fabric conditioner so there's no linger smoke smell which was off-putting and the reason why it's not getting full marks.
