"Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Personal dispuesto a ayudar. Tuve un problema con la tele y me lo solucionaron enseguida. Del desayuno no puedo hablar porque salí muy temprano y no pude disfrutar de él. Taxi gratuito al aeropuerto a horas intempestivas. En resumen, absolutamente ninguna queja. Gracias"

"Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar."

"I was the only person staying at this hotel which was a bit disconcerting as it really is in thr middle of nowhere - about 1.3 km off the camino. But it is excellent. The staff could not have been nicer, and more accommodating. Even though i was the only person staying, they still put out the full dinner and breakfast buffet. I was treated like a king! If you want somewhere truly rural, a bit off the camino (i walked back to it the next day in 25 mins), this is an interesting, unique, peaceful...

"La verdad hemos quedado encantados con el hotel y el servicio extraordinario que nos dieron Patricia, Daniel y Francisco! Hicieron hasta lo imposible por atendernos y hacer mucho mas de lo necesario para hacernos sentir en casa. El hotel espectacular! El edificio de piedra está como nuevo, muy bien restaurado porque es de 1815. Está muy bien ubicado. Nos recomendaron un excelente restaurant muy cerca y a menos de 10 minutos en auto está la catedral de Santiago de Compostela. Lo recomendamos...

"El lugar y la zona donde se ubica es precioso, el Balneario descuidado, las habitaciones mediocres, hasta ahí normal para un Hotel de 3 estrellas pero el precio es elevado y eso que yo fui en temporada bajisima. Una pena, con poco más de cariño seria un lugar agradable. IMPORTANTE el Spa no está incluido en el precio. "

"Only 5 bedrooms in a very rural isolated area directly on the camino path. Nothing else close to it and limited food choices. Quite, relaxing and ensuite bedroom clean. No air conditioning but able to leave windows open."

"Not on The Camino to Santiago (2 hours on foot from Palas de Rei) but a great stop if you want an idyllic getaway in the middle of your pilgrimage, gorgeous views and facilities, Gourmet food and extremely delicious dishes you will not find anywhere else typical of Galicia. We were extremely impressed with the two bathroom comfortable accommodations and very spacious layout."

"This property is a hidden gem, the hotel is amazing, the staff too. Nothing is too much trouble. The gardens and hotel common rooms are beautiful and the hotel is in such a peaceful location, surrounded by lush green woods and hills. It’s idyllic!! One of my favourite all time hotels!"
