"Front desk staff were helpful with a few issues we had. Needed a chair, they got one right away for us. Needed a laundry bag, they got one right away. Little things that make a difference. The beds we had weren’t as comfortable as possible. One queen bed sounded broken when laid on! Both beds did not fit their frames and the mattresses kept moving back away from the frames."

"The room was sufficient and close to everything we wanted to experience. The breakfast was not good. We tried it 2 days in a row, and we ended up eating offsite. So we didn’t utilize it during our stay, which was a bummer. I chose this location for the breakfast."

"While I visited the pool area, there were no towels provided and no lounge chairs to lay in. There were regular chairs available though. Also, when utilizing the elevator after going to the pool area, I had gotten stuck between floors briefly. The staff had told me that they just got the elevator fixed. Apparently not well enough.
