"1. Room didn't have any hand or bath soap, shampoo, and was nearly out of TP upon check in. 2. Some towels weren't clean (dirt/grease spots) 3. Ice machine wasn't working 4. Breakfast options & availability/stocking sucked for all 5 days spent there. 6. The room was NEVER serviced (trash removal, towel changes, etc) over the 5 days spent there! I've been coming to this location for YEARS (10+), and it's only gone downhill, and this is the WORST I've ever seen it! I seriously doubt I will ever stay there again... unless drastic changes and improvements to at least the basics improves"

"We didn't leave our room, so no opinion of amenities. Room was roomy and we liked the quality white bed covering that had a thin white cording in a gently rolling design. there was a microwave and refrigerator, but no bathroom amenities."

"Unfortunately it was pretty dirty. The bathroom door was covered in grime and makeup. The cabinets in the kitchenette area and the bed headboard were also really dirty. The area by the chair smelled strongly of pet urine. The bed was incredibly hard, so we had a lot of back pain during and after our stay. The blanket was yellowed and torn, with the stuffing exposed. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom and the shower curtain was just a thin cloth, so water soaked through and got all over the floor. Overall, not a great place to stay. Should've been much, much cheaper for the poor quality."

"The bathroom sink plugged up and stank. Shower pressure was horrible. The girl at the front desk and the young man that she brought with her to unplug the sink were both polite and helpful. When we were leaving the next morning, we passed by 3 or 4 employees and not one of them even looked at us or acknowledged us, let alone a thank you or have a nice day. Do not recommend."

"I stayed here on the front side of my trip and stayed on the first floor. Window was open in my room and the lights from the gas station shined right in. Did find the black out curtain. Breakfast the next day was minimal. No protein and white sugary food. My second stay on the back side of my trip was better. Stayed on the 3rd floor and on the other side of the hotel. Much better. Breakfast was slightly better, nothing to write home about. One thing is this hotel says it has a pub for food and beverages. None of those things were offered. One would think if it said pub you could get a glass of wine when you arrive."
