"We were upgraded to a studio room for free which was the only positive part of the stay. The bathroom had a dirty rag and hair in the shower. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned before we arrived. The glass on the table was also not secured to the frame in any way and was easy to bump and almost knock off. "Horrible experience. Checked right our after checking in. Room was under construction. Had no curtains, sink was not installed and laying on the counter, light fixture was taken apart and laying on the counter, cabinet doors were missing, fridge was disconnected and in the middle of the floor. Said they would approve a refund but haven't to date so I've paid for 2 nights and was in the room less than 5 minutes. "

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable. We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned. Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options. Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."

"We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....

"Loud construction sounds till late after midnight. Flippant fellow at the front desk, seemed to resent guests. Weird. Save yourself the trouble. Lots of other nicer, less expensive, places to stay in the ares TBH. "
