"Always nice"

"Our key card never worked a second time. Once we left our room, we had to go back to the desk to get it operational again. There were never towels at the pool. There's a bathroom near the pool but you have to go to the front desk to have someone let you in. The staff at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful beyond the basic necessary level. Maintenance and housekeeping were both helpful. The food was the standard free hotel breakfast. The pool was really cold, which I would not expect for May."

"Very Scary.. police presence every night. Filthy room! Food still in refrigerator. No coffee pot or any kitchen stuff. Cupboards broken. Only 2 towels .. But they kept the pool clean. Sheets were stained, lipstick on pillow cases. Just Scetchy!! Wouldn't recommend to Anyone!"
