Todo sucio el piso sucio mal olor en la habitación un supuesto sofá cama que estaba horrible sucio con cucarachitas pequeñas ,mal ambiente muchas personas viciosas afuera sentía que no tenía seguridad no recomiendo quedarse aquí

Do NOT stay here. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. The property is run down and rooms are old, nothing like the images advertised. There were insects in my room. The check-in process was tedious and the staff is unavailable after 5pm.

Its fridge was a normal house size fridge that was I liked only ... and the 24hr check in But the cleaning of the hallways and pool and in rooms it was terrible also inaccurate room bed size and features

Communication with these people are horrible 90% of the time they don't answer the phone.. I'm also there was no towels in the bathroom . Too many people have their dogs they're making too much noise The doors squeak when do you open them they don't put w-40 on them

For a inexpensive stay it was well worth the price paid, they delivered as promised and though not always the highest quality it was better than expected based on the price point.

After hours check in (any time after 5 PM) a misery. You should warn guests who think it will be like other extended stays.

Looks nothing like the pictures at all! Entire property was not clean, the hallways and room smelled terrible, shower head was completely broken and falling off, there were holes in the wall and bathroom door was broken and falling apart. Do not stay here!!! People hanging out in the parking lot at all times day and night. Did not feel safe or comfortable at all. Did not receive my check in instructions until 2am on my check in day so was stranded outside until I could finally get through to someone.

I don’t recommend this property nor any other Metro Apartments. The staff is rude, not willing to help or get any issue resolved. Checked into my room and walked in to a dirty kitchen, dirty dishes, carpet disgusting needs a good cleaning, trash in the hallway, lots of traffic out front. Over all the pictures you see online before booking don’t believe those cause you’ll get way farther than what they are falsely advertising to everyone.
