"Clean room 10/10. Staffing super friendly. Perfect location."

"Nice location. Nice rooms. Great breakfast"

"Great clean studio"

"We would never stay here again. No jacuzzi. No bathtub. Instead, A DANGEROUS "hand-made" walk-in shower was avaliable. There was a weird rubber strip on the floor that caused the user to stumble and trip when entering and exiting the shower and also did not work as sufficient barriers to keep the water inside the shower, so the ENTIRE bathroom floods. Getting everything on the floor both inside and outside the bathroom soaked. Additionally, the floor is deadly slippery and one could...

"Great"

"I only read negative reviews when I'm researching a place to stay, especially complaints about cleanliness. The 233 didn't have bad reviews and mine isn't either. The entire setup was well thought out and we enjoyed a pleasant evening at the Crust after a long day's drive and four hours of business. The food and service were above par. After a good night's sleep, we were ready for another long day of driving, I highly recommend and will stay again at The 233."

"Room was clean. Front desk lady was grumpy. Breakfast was good with lots of variety"

"The property was very clean and well lit. The room was what you expect from a hotel. No coffee or microwave in the rooms, however a microwave, coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available in the lobby all the time. Although housekeeping was only every 3 days, the desk staff would assist as needed. The staff were very friendly and strived to make my stay pleasant."

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I would definitely stay again."

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, great food, friendly staff. Will be staying here every time I go to Mesa."

"Great area. Nice shopping nearby. Very clean"

"The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this ) If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location."

"Loved it!"
