"The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now."

"This place was just okay. They tried to do an update on an old motel and it’s just kind of didn’t go well. The carpet is old and the rooms smell really musty. The paint and caulking etc was done halfway with rust and chipping all showing through. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. The bar/restaurant wasn’t opened. There’s not much of anything close by. The outside was decently kept. No elevator so you must lug your stuff up the stairs and you can hear everything regarding other...

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The room was spacious. Location was great. We stayed from 7/2/2026 thru. 7/5/2026 and not once was our room cleaned, towels changed or toilet tissue added."

"The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

"The staff is so kind but the property is dirty and unkempt. Housekeeping needs a full overhaul. The room was grimey and gross. Stains on the couch, walls, bathroom dingy with mold. Just bad all around."

"We stay in Solon often and have stayed at all of the surrounding hotels. This hotel has been our favorite so far. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. We didn’t get a chance to swim but our kids loved the breakfast. We will definitely be back."

"All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel."

"Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful."

"The woman at the front desk was possibly clinically insane. My room was not cleaned properly. There was hair everywhere and grease all over the kitchen. The keys to both the building and the room were not working properly. I was unable to stay because of the filth. I was assured I would be refunded and I was not."

"This is a recently renovated Comfort Inn. The lobby is welcoming and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable!!"
