"I recently stayed at the IHG Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mesquite and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm my check-in details and was told that the earliest I could check in would be 1:00 PM. "One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol.
