"I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations."

"The pictures are not as they appear when in person. The front desk staff could use some hospitality or general customer service guidance on how to welcome and greet guests. When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe.
