"This was a lovely stay. It is basically a family’s house where they have built and independent construction with two short term rentals behind it. It is a small town experience. We stayed two nights to see Ancient Messenia and go on an olive oil tour. Had a really fun dinner with the locals in the plaza one night. We had some trouble with the WiFi the last morning. But I think it was a temporary thing."

"The downstairs swim-up apartments at Giavlova Hills 8 really are superb. Two good-sized double bedrooms with excellent storage, a large bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen-diner and lounge lead on to a spacious patio equipped with a large table and chairs, plus sofa and coffee table. "We first travelled to Stoupa in 2000, and in the 25 years since, we have been c20 times, and we can be called reliable judges of the good and excellent properties available in the area. Our grown-up kids still enjoy coming along, but now with their partners too. The location of Kannas is excellent, the quality of the development is too, and the host(s) are just lovely, welcoming, and couldn't do any more to ensure ones stay is as best it can be.
