"The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures we went to the front office and they walked us a block down the street. I think it was their second property. The room did not look nothing like the picture at all in the bed. The bed was the worst thing overall it was like sleeping on concrete. The mattress was so hard. It was like a rock mattress."

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el personal nos recibió con una calidez y profesionalismo. La habitación era espaciosa, minimalista y equipada con las comodidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estadía cómoda. El desayuno incluido, fue completo y de buen sazón. Un aspecto que merece una mención especial es el servicio al cliente. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente (que finalmente se resolvió por nuestra parte) y el personal no dudó en mostrarse proactivo y atento a nuestras necesidades, lo que demuestra el compromiso del hotel con la satisfacción de sus huéspedes.
