"We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with family. The location is very convenient for airport access, and the hotel provides a shuttle service, which was helpful. The front desk people are nice friendly and professional. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the room rate was lower than many nearby hotels.
However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Since the hotel is located next to the airport, aircraft noise is unavoidable. The property feels quite dated, especially the carpets, which appeared old and not very clean. The bathroom in our standard double room was extremely small. The hotel also does not provide complimentary bottled water. Their parking space is assigned to a third party company, the price is quite expensive and no discount even for us who stayed more than a week.
The towels were noticeably worn, with loose threads and signs of heavy use. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. On multiple occasions, we ran out of shampoo or body wash and had to call the front desk for replacements. Out of five requests, four required at least one follow-up call before the items were delivered, which was frustrating.
Overall, this hotel may be a reasonable budget option for travelers needing a short stay or airport transit due to its lower price and shuttle service. However, those looking for updated facilities, better service, and a more comfortable long-term stay may want to consider other options."
