Beautiful hotel, fabulous bedroom, great shower and toiletries and amazing breakfast. Staff both on reception and breakfast room were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an ideal spot, a short walk to the tram station, seafront and restaurants.

The room was clean & spacious and had air conditioning. The breakfast was versatile combining with hot food, cereals and fruits. The staff were all exceptional making our stay enjoyable.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Location is very central. Only a few minutes walk from the tram station and from there only twenty minutes to Terminal 1 at the airport.

Fantastic experience staying at the Palais Saleya Apartment & Suite, with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days, family of 3. Location is superb with access to many amenities - easy access to food, shopping and beach. Easy access from the airport either via public bus or via taxi. Have stayed in other hotels along the Nice Promenade and have thoroughly enjoyed a change to staying in a well equipped apartment instead. Highly recommended for the more adventurous !

Wonderful Hotel and staff

We stayed here for 5 days and found it good value for a short break in Nice. It is close to a street of shops and restaurants that then leads on to the Old Town. The staff of this hotel are all helpful, friendly and they speak excellent English. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower. Awesome, great service, beautiful new rooms

Room decor was stunning and immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Room was bigger than we expected with a great bathroom. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. No air conditioning in the room but luckily it’s not too hot yet. The hotel is in a quiet area which feels safe but still near to the beach and easy walk to central and old Nice. Less than 5 minutes walk to a main metro stop. Staff were friendly and polite. Maison Durante is a quiet oasis in a area of Nice. We particularly liked the bright, sunny room overlooking the pretty courtyard garden and the freshly cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely return

Just what a hotel should be. CLEAN, smiling staff that can assist you. The room is spacious and USB ports allow you to charge your devices without an adapter.

Hotel was in an excellent position, just a block back from Promenade des Anglais, near a couple of decent restaurants on the front and less than a mile from the old town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with storing the luggage, advising honestly about places to go and how to get there. Breakfast (extra cost) was what we needed - cereals, cold meat and cheese, boiled eggs, some fruit and croissants etc. There's a supermarket over the road for anything else you need. Fantastic stay. We were kindly upgraded by the staff to a more comfortable room as we were travelling with 2 babies. Very clean, fantastic location, breakfast was excellent. Staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Literally cannot fault the hotel, would absolutely stay here again

Wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were in town for the half marathon and this ended up being right near to the race start. We were also allowed a late check out, so we could shower and change after the race. The swimming pool was a real bonus.
