We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property management where both parties were yelling at the other"
