"ウェルカムドリンクが付いていたのですが チケットを使わずに残念でした。朝食は毎日付いていて バイキングでしたが 卵高騰のためか玉子料理がありませんでした。品数は多くはありませんでしたが 毎日少しずつ 品を変えて出されていました。すこしさみしかった
お部屋は毎日清潔にしていただき 気持ちよく寝ることができました
またぜひ利用したいランクのホテルでした"

"The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The area was close to the main street and within walking distance to shops and malls. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d choose the same place if I were to visit Palau again. "

"Staff was very courteous. Room was clean. Great ocean side view. Second stay to at West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street and will do it again. Got a car from West Car Rental and the had it ready for us, with the key pick up at the front desk.

"It's a really nice place....people nice and helpful.....but, my lord, food is expensive and pretty mediocre. I am given to believe that's the nature of all of Palau so don't know that this should reflect on the hotel
Solely. The Drop Off restaurant very close by has cheaper and better food "

"Die Lage des Hotels, direkt an einem Riff, ist zum Entspannen und Schnorcheln perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück variiert täglich und schmeckt! Es wird viel gereinigt! Eine Toilettenbürste war nicht vorhanden, einziges Manko"

"Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. "

"The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately.
The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable."
