"The good points are pool wash perfect and the sauna’s nice but Unfortunately 1. Spa centar wash separate from hotel so after spa I need to walk out side in the snow and -20 digress to my room aroun 50 meters ,now after that off ofcorse I’m sick now. 2.spa open from 13:00 3.not enough clean room"

"I am used to the room being cleaned everyday, in this hotel the cleaning staff came in first day and just changed the floor towel, in the bathroom and didn't clean the coffee mugs or clean the bins, or make up the bed, and I found a small sticker in the bathroom that if you leave the towels on the rack they will not be replaced, the following day i put all dirty towels on the floor, but they only replaced the bath towels and forgot to put fresh hand towels. "Centrally located a short but beautiful walk through two beautiful parks to reach the old town. Many great restaurants right on the same street including Michelin rated restaurants. Staff at hotel were accommodating and kind. Service was remote but fast friendly and professional. Definitely recommend. We stayed 12 night and were very comfortable."

"My wife and I had a terrific stay at the historical Hotel Justus, a bit due to its short walking distance to All of the vibrant Old Town Riga and Central Market, but mainly the amenities, ambience and the Caring staff, in particular, Irina at the reception, who from the moment we walked in til check-out met our needs from any info to room extras. (She's a keeper for sure, if we're the owners.) We'll definitely stay here if we're in town again, God-willing!"
