"The room was nice cute and clean. Room needed a dehumidifier though it was very sticky even when it was humid outside. There is NO parking and public parking is VERY limited it took us 2 hours to find a spot and was had to circle the parking lots. It was a 6 block walk to the hotel from the largest lot. We were in their second building. It was nice being close to the Publix. "

"The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge."

"The rooms are not sound proof or even sound muffling. A wedding party was on my floor and they partied until 3am and it sounded like they were in my room. I addressed this with the check in staff in the morning and the woman could not tell me hotel policy on noise or if their was a cut off time for room parties. I was in town for an important meeting and was exhausted. I also was not offered any apology. Instead I felt like I was the one at fault for complaining. "

"Travelled with our family (3 kids) to Miami for 2 nights. Our room was clean, comfortable. Dated yes but it did the trick, all the amenities we needed (fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster) Miami is loud, and the traffic was loud around the hotel. Beach was less than a 5minute walk across the road, the hotel lets you use their beach umbrella, chairs, sand toys and towels. The pool was great! Comfortable and the kids loved it,very “Melrose place” vibes!"
