Amazing place , clean , nice with the friendliest staff you could ever ask for, from the people at the front desk to the people cleaning the rooms. Beach is just a few steps away and the area surrounding the hotel is pretty nice. We’re already planning to go back next year.

The hotel is good for the price. It has a great location, close to a park and the beach. However, the bathroom flooring in the room was crumbling. The cooling system filter was severely clogged, which caused an unpleasant odor; it was replaced once I brought it to their attention.

This was the best place near to Beach. They all kitchenette items so good if you want to cook something. Also parking is 10/10 very convenient. They have quick coffee machine that helped my mornings save time!

I have stayed at this conveniently located and budget friendly hotel several times while visiting Miami Beach. On this occasion I stayed 3 nights in a clean and spacious room with a comfortable king sized bed, mini fridge, wall mounted TV and large walk in shower. The hotel staff were all professional, courteous and English and Spanish speaking. There was ample onsite free parking for guests. The pool area was well maintained. The wifi reception was excellent. The hotel was very quiet overnight so I always had a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami Beach.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the pool area and the tiles around the pool were dirty and needed better maintenance. Unfortunately, our stay was also affected by the noise from the housekeeping staff. Starting at 7:00 AM, they were talking loudly in the hallway, right outside the window where my daughter was sleeping. The noise made it very difficult for us to rest. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the friendly front desk service were positive, but the pool cleanliness and the excessive noise early in the morning negatively affected our stay.

Have visited many many times over the last 20 years or so….its like staying with old friends. It’s close to the famous Haulover Beach, closer to the many shops and restaurants in Surfside, as well as close to the shops and restaurants on and just off Collins in the vicinity of 65th to 75th streets.
