"The staff and service plus the location has made this my new Miami Beach place of stay. Luggage holding and early check in is a godsend with vacation traveling. The walk to the beach was short and near the Art Deco section of the beach. Police are near and keep the area relatively safe at night. Unlike other beach spots this area does calm down and able to sleep at night without a club jamming music "

"Good hotel, but they charge a kot more than the stay, and till now not sorred out, they charged me above 4,000 usd for a 2500 usd stay !"

"No ocean room , room was very clean and also the hotel. Staff wasn’t very helpful and some rude. The workers in the restaurant were extremely nice. Asked about the free breakfast and front desk just said no with no explaining. Also would not add our points for the 50.00 gift card, other then the staff at front desk the hotel was in a perfect location and very clean. Tried to ask two people a question and neither spoke any English. "
