"We arrived and there was food and trash in the room an an insect. We were on the 32nd floor of the tresor tower and it always too 15-30 minutes to get the elevator up or down. We had to repeatedly ask for our sofa bed to be made up and when they finally did come when we were at dinner, they left the bed partially made and the room was a mess with some of our clothes left in the floor. Plus the room smelled horrible - like someone had used the bathroom and then made a hasty exit. We had a nice time at the pool but it wasn’t cheap (nothing there is) and definitely not 4.5 stars. "

"Property is beautiful and staff are incredibly friendly. Very serene setting and beach area feels safe. Limited food options - everything is good, just a bit pricey and slower."

"I arrived around 4pm for check in and my room was ready and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Throughout my 4 day stay in the south tower, only one elevator was working which results into long wait time just to get to my room. On day one i went to get the complimentary breakfast, to my surprised it was just bread, cereal, coffee and other miscellaneous item. I only took a cup of coffee and was so bad tossed it out and went to Starbucks. On the plus side, they have a nice gym. The pool seems very popular and the beach is a short walk away. "

"Excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nice hotel bar with fun bartenders. Beautiful deco hotel in great area convenient to Miami Beach and South Beach amenities. Double room had comfortable beds well maintained fixtures. Pool area is relaxing and offers many shaded spots when not sun bathing or in the pools. Pool bar is fun. Adults only policy was a real plus. We'd come again!"

"Good value and great location. Rooftop and courtyard pools were great to have use of as well as the beach/pool towels provided. Room seemed a bit worn and furnished with what appeared to be flea market furniture. Certainly not a 5-star place, but was still fun and worth staying here. Property doesn’t seem to be able to enforce its “no smoking on premises” policy. Plenty of cannabis aroma in the air. :("

"There is little to no parking. It's the worst hotel cable television I've ever seen. The ice machine and microwave are in the lobby. The pool is as small as a puddle. No elevator, But overall it's not a bad hotel. Oh you get three free drinks at the restaurant during happy hour between 5-6, you have to walk about a quarter mile to get access to the beach. If you're lucky enough to get a parking spot on the street do not move your car. It's $1.60 something an hour from 8:00 to 6:00. Then it's free from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.. But like I said overall it's not a bad hotel"
